custom & personalized orders are not eligible for return. regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging. please contact us by email regarding any issues with your order prior to shipping it back. meadow & the moon is not responsible for return shipping costs. we reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a repair fee if there is any damage to the item. returns will be credited to the customer by pay pal and will not include original shipping cost. although our policies are firm, we will do our best to work with you & make sure your experience with meadow & the moon is a positive one.

our pieces are handmade, all-natural wood products. characteristic, color & grain may vary slightly from the product in the picture. we appreciate the natural imperfections of the wood as it gives our products an authentic feel.
